#Total annihilation universe series
Thank you! And I will gladly respond to questions, explain source code, take suggestions. This installment of the Total Annihilation real-time-strategy series transfers the action to a swords-and-sorcery universe. You can use this for any game not just total annihilation, just find out what the game process name is like Minecraft.exe and add just the name minecraft to the games.txt file (On a new line)
#Total annihilation universe windows
Having this feature means when I play my games the windows volume will be always the same and I can set the in-game volume to be the perfect levels, when the game closes the windows volume is returned to what ever it was previously before I started playing the gameĪnyway, that's it! There's cool features that are more technical like I made it so that the script cannot be ran twice at once because that would be utter chaos (conflicting actions), and the settings you choose are remembered as well. If I'm using my computer, watching a movie, listening to music, I'll change my volume. I created this feature for the reason of having my game audio volume consistent. But I can't think why you would want too not run that It works like a charm and saves a lot of computer resources (The ads on gameranger can sometimes use a lot of memory and CPU ffs)įifth and final option is a volume changer feature. This feature will run all scripts in that folder too and isn't restricted to a single rebind script you have for a game.įourth option is an ad block feature I recently made for game ranger, there is a seperate post for this app, but I have included it into this game manager program too, which you can toggle. these rebinds are game dependant, meaning you make a folder inside the rebinds folder with the same name as the game (for Total annihilation, this is totala). Thirdly, and this is one of my favourite features of the app, it will automatically start and stop any autohotkey scripts you want to use for games you play, for total annihilation I have a cool rebind script that allows changing the build menu left/right with the forward and back mouse buttons, this script only runs when total annihilation runs, and the program will close the rebind script when total annihilation closes. It will restart everything it closes when the game you ran closes. just seperate them on each line of the text file. Explorer (The windows desktop) is the main reason this feature exists, but it will close any application you add to the list, discord, firefox, anything. Second feature is a Stop and Restart applications option, there is a text file in the folder of this program called Applications.txt, each line in that text is a name of a program you would like to not be running when your playing your game. it does this when the game starts without having to do it through task manager, this like all features is toggleable and like all toggles, they are remembered each time you run the program. This is the last version of this app, Hope you enjoy! It includes the latest program I made in a seperate post that blocks adverts on gameranger <3Īutohotkey/key remapping scripts are now game dependant! look in the rebinds folder for a readme.txt that explains how that worksĪ bit about why I made this app and what it does:įirstly it does support multiple games, as you can see it works for both TA and Kingdoms, and there is also SpaceEngineers added to my gamelist but you can add as many as you likeįirstly the first option is for setting any game you play to high priority, like in task manager.
